| Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST (Noon) may not be processed until the next business day.
SHIPPING & HANDLING WONDERDOG offers two levels of service for shipping within the Continental United States. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional day or two. Shipping charges are calculated at the time an order is placed and as items are added to a cart. STANDARD SERVICE Standard USPS Service is our most requested level of service requiring 4 - 7 Business Days. EXPEDITED SERVICE Expedited Service is our USPS 2 - 3 Business Day Service. On occasion, in extremely rural areas, this service is not available. In such cases, please allow up to 4 Business Days for delivery. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WONDERDOG is pleased to ship Internationally via Federal Express International Economy. International Shipping may require up to two (2) weeks for delivery. Shipping charges are based on final destination. Please contact us directly in order calculate appropriate shipping charges. International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon receipt of an order. These costs, if any, may be verified with appropirate authorities of the country in which order is being shipped. |
